How will I receive my order confirmation?

Your order confirmation will be sent via WhatsApp from +92 322 0699830. Please save this number to avoid missing important updates. The confirmation message includes simple instructions required to verify your order before dispatch.

How long does shipping take?

Our standard delivery time is 4–5 working days across Pakistan.

How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via SMS and Email along with the courier name. If you don’t see the email, please check your spam folder.

What payment methods do you accept?

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) and Online Payments via Visa & Mastercard debit/credit cards. A PDF invoice is issued after order placement.

Do you offer returns and exchanges?

Yes. Returns and exchanges are accepted within 3 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, unworn, and not part of any sale or promotion. Original tags and packaging must be intact.

Customized items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

Can I cancel my order?

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement and before dispatch. Please notify us via WhatsApp, Email, Instagram, or Facebook. Orders may be canceled due to stock issues, fake information, incomplete details, or unpaid online payment verification.

How do I choose the correct size?

Each GymArmour product includes a detailed size chart in inches. Our gymwear generally fits true to size. Oversized styles are clearly mentioned on product pages.

Where does GymArmour deliver?

We deliver nationwide across Pakistan and also ship internationally wherever courier services are available. For international orders, please contact customer support.

What if my desired gymwear item is out of stock?

Follow us on social media to stay updated on restocks. We regularly replenish popular gym shirts, trousers, sports bras, and accessories.

What if I accidentally return a non-GymArmour item?

Any item returned that is not a GymArmour product remains the sender’s responsibility. While we try our best to assist, we cannot guarantee recovery.
